Visit what is being called the "Sweetest Fundraiser in SL", The 2025 Spoonful Of Sugar Festival to help MSF/Doctors Without Borders fight disease/injury and mental illness, in areas of the world where people most desperately need it and at the same time face the greatest lack of its availability.

In this region most of the live performances, raffles and auctions take place.

Medicines Sans Frontiers (MSF) Doctors Without Borders, is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare.

MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. What’s NOT to love, right?
